The Pike Place Market Atrium Kitchen brings together the abundance of fresh, local and seasonal ingredients with top chefs, rising culinary stars, and you! Take a hands-on class in pasta and pie making or learn how to roll your own sushi. Tour the farmers market with a local chef, then prepare a delicious dish starring your just-picked produce.

Time: 6-8 p.m., Chef Welcome starts promptly at 6:15 p.m.

Parking: We recommend parking in the Public Market Parking Garage at 1531 Western Avenue and exploring the Market on foot. $5 flat rate if parked after 5pm. There is a sky bridge in the garage that provides direct access to the main arcade of the Market. Directions to Parking Garage

Directions: The Atrium Kitchen is located at 1433 First Avenue, Seattle, within the Economy Building of Pike Place Market. At The Table directional signs will be placed starting at the First Avenue entrance to the Economy Building, directly across the street from the Showbox Theater. For more information on how to get to the Market, click herePublic transportation options are also encouraged.


  • What to expect: All of our Chefs regularly host popular cooking classes and demonstrations in the Atrium Kitchen. Come prepared for a fantastic presentation, and learn tips and tricks you can use in your own kitchen, as well as preparing the very best in seasonal market-sourced food and drink. Our programs are very engaging and hands on, so come prepared for a great time!

  • Food Allergies: Our Chefs work with many guests and private clients ensuring they get a great experience. If you have food allergies, please communicate those to us via email in advance of purchasing a ticket: We will do our best to answer your questions and see if we are able to accommodate in advance of the cooking class. No guaranteed substitutions.
