Uli is showing his Pike Up spirit

Posted November 5, 2014

Uli is showing his Pike Up spirit. His #mycharmstory: the Market reminds me of der Merktplatz, a place where all the farmers, craftspeople, and small business people come together to share their products. I just love it here. May the Market live forever.

Pike Place Fish is ready to Pike Up! Join in the parade at noon to kickoff the effort to raise the roof on the new MarketFront. Learn more at pikeup.org

Pike Place Market Foundation Launches Capital Campaign for new MarketFront with Pike Up! Parade, Flag Raising, on Oct. 30.

Join us on October 30, at noon, for the Pike Up! Parade, a community-wide event to kick off the effort to raise the roof on the new Pike Place MarketFront.

Find out how you can leave your legacy on the final piece of the historic Market district with a personalized Piggybank Hoofprint or Market Charm.

Following in the tradition of the wildly popular Market tiles from 30 years ago, the new Market Charms and Piggybank Hoofprints will give Market supporters the opportunity to engrave their name or personal message onto a path of hoofprints leading from Western Avenue to the new MarketFront Plaza (where Billie the Piggybank will move from her current location) or onto a series of Market Charms that will be installed on the new site, overlooking Puget Sound.

Join us!

For the first time in 20 years, Pike Place Market fans and supporters have the opportunity to write their name into Market history.

On Oct. 30, new donor opportunities will give Market donors a chance to engrave a name or personal message onto a path of Piggybank Hoofprints or a ribbon of Market Charms that will dance and shine on the new MarketFront overlooking Puget Sound.

Your gift to the Pike Place Market Foundation will help raise the roof on the new MarketFront and complete the final piece of the Market Historic District!

Get ready to Pike Up! on Oct. 30!
