You can’t beat this sandwich! The Market Grill won the prize for the sandwich that best represents Washington State according to Zagat. Their simple recipe: grill fresh wild king salmon fillets. Brush lightly with tartar sauce. Add tomato, lettuce and fresh bread. Perfection!
