At the Market, it’s easy to shop and get a taste of superb French cooking too. On Saturday, Chef Jim Drohman of Le Pichet and Café Presse will be cooking the classic French dish, Moules en Piperade, Penn Cove mussels simmered with white wine, parsley and Basque sweet pepper compote, at 11 a.m. in the Atrium Kitchen. Free and open to the public.
