Quick Recipe for the Grill:
Slice pattypan squash in half and lay them on the grill for five minutes, turning once when they start to brown. Drizzle with olive oil, and a light sprinkle of balsamic vinegar. Marinate with pine nuts, chopped mint and salt and pepper until the rest of your meal is ready. Delish!
