12 pm    Pranee Khruasanit Halvorsen, I Love Thai Cooking

2 pm    Chef Wayne Johnson of Ray's Boathouse joins in with Cooking Matters and BB Ranch to create a recipe of pork tenderloin with apple glaze and autumn hash. 

Cooking Matters, a partnership program of Solid Ground and Share Our Strength, is teaming up with Chef Wayne Johnson of Ray’s Boathouse and BB Ranch to demo low-cost, healthy recipes using local, seasonal ingredients from the Market.  Cooking Matters teaches six-week, healthy cooking and nutrition courses to low income families in Seattle.  Ray’s Boathouse and BB Ranch are participants in this year’s Chefs Night Out dinner on November 10th to raise awareness and funds for the Cooking Matters program.
