News for the Pike Place Market Community
There's always a lot happening at Pike Place Market. The Market community can read about news and upcoming events happening in and around the neighborhood through the Market Insider, a monthly newsletter published by the Pike Place Market PDA. Each month, read the latest edition here or pick up a copy in a residential building.

Final Candidates Selected for Pike Place Market PDA Executive Director

Low-Cost Annual Orca Pass for Market Employees
Effective August 1, 2017, the PDA will end the ORCA Business Passport Card program we’ve offered to Market community members. We understand the popularity of this program, but in light of budget realities, the PDA is not in a position to continue ongoing subsidies.
We invite Market business owners to contact Commute Seattle at 206.613.3242 for public transportation solutions. Individuals can visit www.orcacard.com or call 888.988.6722 for ORCA Card pricing. The ORCA Lift program offers income qualified riders reduced fares in King County (visit www.orcalift.com or call 206.553.3000 for more information). We have returned Early Bird pricing to The Market Parking Garages for $15 every day for those who enter by 9 a.m. and leave before 9 p.m.
For more information and to sign up for the ORCA Pass, contact: Art Kuniyuki at the PDA, 206.774.5226.
