The 15th annual Washington State Farmers Market Week begins August 3! Our beautiful state is home to 115 farmers markets that offer fresh, seasonal food grown by small farms in Washington. Farmers market purchases create stronger local food economies, supporting more than 1,000 unique farms. Check out the Washington State Farmers Market Association for a directory of farmers market locations and hours.
Here at Pike Place Market, we are celebrating our 107th anniversary as Seattle’s original farmers market! Our farmers sell their fresh fruit, berries, vegetables, flowers, honey and herbs here on Pike Place throughout the year, and now bring their fresh produce to other downtown neighborhoods through our Express markets. Find out more about the Pike Place Market Farmers Market and Express markets on our website: www.pikeplacemarket.org.
