Tenant Impact Chart (pdf) - a color-coded chart that shows the degree of impact tenants may have, based on the work near or in their area. These colors are used throughout construction materials. Merchants will learn their own level of impact from PDA staff.

Tenant alerts:
Pike Place Street Closure (pdf) - Updated information: Beginning Monday, September 13, for up to four weeks, Pike Place will be closed at First and Pike most of the day. There will be limited delivery times (7:00 - 9:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m.). The street will be open weekends. This closure is necessary while construction crews build a trench across Pike Place. Please read the attached Alert for more details.
