About Us

Since 1985, Woodring Northwest has made the finest specialty preserves, marmalades, chutneys, and pickles.

They’re proud to be a family-owned and operated company. A husband-and-wife team developed and makes everything that they sell at the Market, and their college-age children help with production, deliveries, and working at local farmers’ markets.

Products

Since their simple beginnings making cider, Woodring Northwest has expanded to offer a wide range of fine specialty foods, from the signature preserves to delicious pickles, honey, and chocolate sauces.

What makes their products special? It starts with the ingredients: they work directly with small Pacific Northwest farmers to get all of their fruit. This allows them to get the freshest produce and obtain varieties not sold commercially like Tayberry, a blackberry-raspberry hybrid so delicate that each berry must be carefully picked by hand.

They bring the same level of care to every step of the process. By doing everything by hand in small batches, whether it’s peeling apricots or stirring jam, sealing jars or labeling, ensures that you get the finest possible products. Once you’ve tried them, you’ll understand why they have loyal customers from all over the world.
